SBM-700

Here is a complete system for drilling long holes and boring raises as large as 10 ft. in diameter (3 m) and up to 1,500 ft. (457 m) in length. System includes an electric / hydraulic power pack with integral controls with a remote control station plus tools to make or break threaded pipe connections.

Infinitely variable speed and constant torque of the hydraulic drive enable you to adjust rotary speed to exactly match your drilling conditions. Shifting is done hydraulically for smoothly changing from high-speed range for pilot hole drilling or into low-speed ranger for reaming. You can set up for vertical drilling in a station height of only 13 ft. (3.9 m). This is possible because the tandem hydraulic cylinder mechanism gives the SBM 700 an extremely low profile.
